2. Clear recipient address
We recommend using a simple A4-sized sheet of paper. Clearly write the recipient and sender information in bold and legible letters
- If you won't have the opportunity to personally stick the recipient and sender information on the package while packing it, please inform us in advance, and we will take care of it for you!
3. Sending multiple shipments
If the shipment consists of multiple parts, please label each individual item (e.g., 1/2, 2/2) to indicate the parts
- If you are unable to divide a large shipment into multiple parts, please inform us in advance so that we can make arrangements for loading the shipment accordingly.
